2. How well does it work? very well 
3. Some things you should know:  I have thick, full, long hair.  I use it on low most of the time so I don't dry out my hair and I do love the cool shot button.
4. Warranty?  2 yr mfg warranty
5. Notes:  I've had this hair dryer several years now and it seems durable, that it will last a good while.  It also worked with the hair bonnet because I needed the cool shot button (Hair Bonnet review to follow...)
