1. What is it?  It is make-up, mineral blush Item #MB-2 Autumn Glow 
2. How well does it work?  it is easy to use and it lasts all day on my face 
3. Some things you should know:  I mixed some of the mineral foundation MF-1, the lightest to the Autumn Glow  so it took some of the "orange" down a notch.
4. Warranty?  don't think so 
5. Notes:  it is well worth the price, I've been using it almost everyday for a year now and I do love it.  I have dry skin and it works well for me.
